Every year, many students want to Study Abroad and cannot. Either because their school does not offer Study Abroad options and they do not want to go alone, or it is only available to foreign language students (and not STEM students for example) or it conflicts with other school activities (sports, music, etc.) or because their parents will not permit them to go or because they just do not have the funds to do so.
